Consulting Arrangements: Ms. Arron prefers to meet with all clients in an initial face-to-face consultation. While her office is in Seattle, she travels frequently and may be able to meet you closer to your home. She also works with some clients exclusively long-distance when a face-to-face meeting cannot be arranged and the problem solving falls within certain parameters. Initial consultations last 90-minutes and cost $225. They are strategic and informational in nature and not intended to be a job-finding or placement service. In consultation, Ms. Arron will:

• Identify your combination of strengths, preferences, motivations and needs.
• Compare and discuss your profile in relation to those in and beyond your area of employment.
• Explore new strategies that could offer greater satisfaction and success within your practice niche.
• Suggest options you can implement outside your current environment.
• Suggest ways to market yourself more effectively in today's market.
• Suggest ways to improve your client outreach, practice development or job-search skills.
• Help you define short-term and long-range action plans.
• Offer informational interviewing and occasionally job search leads (but not jobs).
• Let you know you're not alone.
