Trade Ordering Polices

Welcome! We want to make ordering books for your store as simple and convenient as possible. If you have a question about ordering for which you can’t an answer here, please contact us.

Trade Discount Schedule
Quantity 1-4 (20%), 5 or more copies (40%). Note: Orders cannot be combined for the higher discount.

Our Return Policy
Credit will be issued on returned books if they are returned in saleable condition (within invoice information) within 6 to 12 months of the invoice date.

Ordering
You can order from DecisionBooks by phone, fax, mail or email. Please include the following information on all orders:

• Your name and phone number
• Your “ship to” address and your “bill to” address (if different)
• Your Purchase Order number
• The quantity of each title, and each title’s ISBN (if available)
• Please indicate whether you would also like to be notified automatically of new titles, and to whom the information be send.

Our Return Policy
